CARGAS Y GRAVÁMENES: 1. MODIFICACIÓN DE HIPOTECA A FAVOR DE BANCO DE CRÉDITO DEL PERÚ, HASTA POR LA SUMA DE US$/ 123,791.71 DÓLARES AMERICANOS, INSCRITO EN EL ASIENTO N° 00015 DE LA PARTIDA N° P12023544. 2. HIPOTECA A FAVOR DE LA CAJA MUNICIPAL DE AHORRO Y CRÉDITO DE MAYNAS S.A., HASTA POR S/.363,405.00 SOLES, INSCRITO EN EL ASIENTO N° 00016 DE LA PARTIDA N° P12023544. 3. EMBARGO EN FORMA DE INSCRIPCION HASTA POR S/.27,000.00 SOLES, ORDENADO POR EL JUEZ DEL JUZGADO DE PAZ LETRADO DE PUNCHANA. INSCRITO EL ASIENTO 00017 DE LA PARTIDA N° P12023544.TASACIÓN: US$. 123,791.71 Dólares Americanos. PRECIO BASE DEL REMATE: US$. 59,626.34 (CINCUENTA Y NUEVE MIL SEISCIENTOS VEINTISEIS CON 34/100 Dólares Americanos) FECHA MAXIMA PARA INSCRIBIRSE: 29/OCTUBRE/2023.
